A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JACK
KRATISH, TRUSTEE, FOR THE LEASING OF 1800 BAY
ROAD, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, TO ACCOMMODATE THE
STRATEGIC INVESTIGATIONS UNIT OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the Lease
Agreement between JACK KRATISH, TRUSTEE, and the CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH; and
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH desires to lease the
property having a street address of 1800 Bay Road, Miami Beach, to
accommodate the Strategic Investigations Unit of the City of Miami
Beach Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
this lease and the office of the City Attorney has prepared the
lease and approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, Florida, that the Mayor
shall execute and the City Clerk shall attest to said execution of
the Lease Agreement between JACK KRATISH, TRUSTEE and the CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH.
