A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE INCUMBENT CITY MANAGER TO PERFORM THE
ACTS AND EXECUTE THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN
ALL RESOLUTIONS HERETOFORE ADOPTED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION. (REGARDING E.P.A.)
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 of the Charter of
the City of Miami Beach, duly appoints the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach has heretofore duly authorized ;the incumbent City Manager
to be the duly authorized officer of the City of Miami Beach to
perform certain official acts for and in the name of the City of
Miami Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that all resolutions
heretofore passed and adopted by the City Commission designating
and authorizing a City Manager to do and to perform such acts as
shall have been specified in said resolutions for and in the
name of the City of Miami Beach be and the same are hereby
deemed to be amended so as to provide that the incumbent City
Manager be duly authorized and empowered to perform and execute
all the powers and authority heretofore placed in a City
Manager , and that this Resolution shall be deemed and taken to
be as full, complete and sufficient evidence of the authority of
the incumbent City Manager of the City of Miami Beach, to do and
to perform the acts and execute the powers set forth and
specified in said resolutions heretofore adopted by the City
Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May ,
1984 .
