A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PERMIT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND VOYAGER
TRAMS, INC. , A FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAM TRANSPORTA-
TION SYSTEM WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH.
WHEREAS , the City Commission has reviewed the Agreement
between the City and Voyager Trams, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
the Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Permit Agreement between the City of
Miami Beach and Voyager Trams, Inc. for operation and maintenance
of a tram transportation system within the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1984 .
