A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MIAMI
BEACH MARINE AUTHORITY BY PERMITTING A THIRTY
SIX (36) FOOT DOCK EXTENSION INTO THE WATER-
WAY AT 42 LA G ORC E CIRCLE, MIAMI BEACH.
WHEREAS , the Marine Authority of the City of Miami
Beach has adopted a resolution approving a Thirty-Six (36)
foot dock extension into the Waterway behind 42 LaGorce Circle ,
LaGorce Island , Miami Beach, Florida ; and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that such an extension
would not create a hazard to recreational and/or commercial
boats in the vicinity of said extension ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the recommendation of the Miami Beach Marine
Authority be adopted and that the Thirty-Six (36) foot dock
extension into the Waterway at 42 LaGorce Circle, Miami Beach ,
Florida is hereby approved .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May , 1984 .
