RESOLUTION NO. 84-17746
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE
OFFER OF DONATION OF THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED
AND DESCRIBED AS LOT 1, BLOCK 2 OF ORCHARD
SUBDIVISION NO. 4 , FOR METERED PARKING USE
ONLY AND REVERSION OF SAID PROPERTY TO DONOR
IF PROPERTY CEASES TO BE USED AS SUCH.
WHEREAS, Jefferson National Bank has offered to donate
the property identified and described as Lot 1, Block 2 of
Orchard Subdivision No. 4 , to the City of Miami Beach for so
long as the aforedescribed property is used for Metered Parking
purposes; and
WHEREAS, when and if the subject property ceases to be
used for Metered Parking, it shall revert in ownership to the
donor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the City of
Miami Beach formally and gratefully accepts the offer of
donation of the property identified and described as Lot 1,
Block 2 of Orchard Subdivision No. 4 , for Metered Parking uses
for so long as the property is used for such purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the property will revert
to the donor when and if the property ceases to be used for
Metered Parking.
