A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
ASSIGNMENT OF BEACHFRONT CONCESSION RIGHTS
FROM ERNEST ENTERPRISES, INC. TO VEN-DOG
CATERING, INC. (AFTER THE FACT) .
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
(hereinafter referred to as the "City") , pursuant to Bid No. 57-
83 , entered into a contract with ERNEST ENTERPRISES, INC. on June
17 , 1983 for exclusive concession operations of food and beverage
at fixed site locations at South Beach Park (Area A) , Oceanfront
Park (Area B) , Collins Park (Area D) , 36th Street Open Space Park
(Area E) and 65th Street Park (Area H) ; and
WHEREAS, ERNEST ENTERPRISES, INC. is desirous of assigning
its rights as concessionaire at the above-mentioned locations to
VEN-DOG CATERING, INC. and a proper Assignment of Concession
Agreement has been executed by the parties,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the City Commission approves and
acknowledges the attached Assignment of Concession Agreement
between Assignor , Ernest Enterprises, Inc. and Ven-Dog Catering,
Inc. for exclusive concession operations for food and beverage at
fixed site locations at South Beach Park (Area A) , Oceanfront Park
(Area B) , Collins Park (Area D) , 36th Street Open Space Park (Area
E) and 65th Street Park (Area H)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of _li_ e ,
