A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, OWNER, AND TURCHIN/CRS, A
JOINT VENTURE OF ROBERT L. TURCHIN, INC. AND
CRS CONSTRUCTORS MANAGERS, INC, PROJECT
MANAGER, FOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH
RENOVATION OF THE THEATER OF THE PERFORMING
ARTS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the Agreement
Between Owner, City of Miami Beach and Project Manager , TURCHIN,
CRS , a joint venture of Robert L. Turchin, Inc. and CRS
Constructors Managers, Inc. for services in connection with
renovation of the Theater of the Performing Arts; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
the Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Agreement between Owner , City of Miami
Beach, and Project Manager, Turchin/CRS, a Joint Venture of Robert
L. Turchin, Inc. and CRS Constructors Managers, Inc. for services
in connection with renovation of the Theater of the Performing
Arts.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1984.
