A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE AND APPROPRIATION OF THE MONIES
COLLECTED BY SALVADOR LEW AND WRHC TO
ESTABLISH THE DONALD KRAMER MEMORIAL TRUST
ACCOUNT, RECOGNIZING SALVADOR LEW AND WRHC
FOR THEIR EFFORTS IN ESTABLISHING SAID TRUST
ACCOUNT, AND PROVIDING FOR THREE DESIGNEES
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH'S PLAQUES AND
MEMORIAL COMMITTEE TO ADVISE SAID COMMITTEE
ON ANNUAL TRUST FUND DISBURSEMENTS.
WHEREAS, Salvador Lew and WRHC Radio Station have
collected private donations for the purpose of memorializing
Miami Beach Police Officer Donald Kramer ; and
WHEREAS, these private donations will be used towards
establishing the Donald Kramer Memorial Trust Account so as to
create an annual living memorial for Officer Donald Kramer ; and
WHEREAS, three individuals to be designated by the City
of Miami Beach Plaques and Memorial ' s Committee will advise the
committee on annual trust fund disbursements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the funds
collected by Salvador Lew and WRHC are hereby accepted and
appropriated towards establishing the Donald Kramer Memorial
Trust Account, with three individuals to be designated by the
City of Miami Beach ' s Plaque and Memorial Committee to advise as
to trust fund disbursements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Salvador Lew and Radio
Station WRHC are commended for their exemplary efforts in
collecting the funds for the Donald Kramer Memorial Trust
Account.
