A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING $2,000 IN HISTORIC GRANTS IN AID
FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Commission believes it in the best interest of the City to
familiarize its citizens with the historic and architectural heritage of their city; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has been awarded $2,000 in Historic
Preservation Grant-In-Aid funds from the State of Florida to help accomplish this purpose.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September , 1984.
