A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES
AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOLF COURSE
USE IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1984
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That effective October 1, 1984, the following schedule of fees payable
for the use of the City's golf courses shall be as follows:
ANNUAL PERMITS
PERMANENT RESIDENT FREEHOLDER/REGISTERED VOTER
Single $ 345.00
Husband & Wife 550.00
PERMANENT RESIDENT NON-VOTER/NON-FREEHOLDER
Single 485.00
Husband & Wife 760.00
TOURIST RESIDENT
Single 640.00
Husband & Wife 895.00
NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER
Single 345.00
Husband & Wife 550.00
JUNIOR (UNDER 18 YEARS) 105.00
INTERMEDIATE (18 THROUGH 20 YEARS) 140.00
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE ONLY
Permanent Resident, Freeholder/Registered Voter 165.00
Permanent Resident, Non-Freeholder/Non-Registered Voter 240.00
GREENS FEES
All persons, whether they be residents or not, may play on the
municipal courses in Miami Beach by paying the regular greens
fees as enumerated.
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 4.30
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10/31 2.90
NORMANDY SHORES AND BAYSHORE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 11 .50

" TWILIGHT" GREENS FEES
$2.85 during off-season, effective at 4:00 p.m.
each day, except Saturday and Sunday, available
to residents and non-residents.
Freeholder shall mean ownership, either as an
individual or as an officer of a corporation,
of real property within the City lim its of

or deed, will be required for proof of ownership.
If property is held in the name of a corporation,
proof must be submitted that the individual making
application is an officer in the corporation.
SECTION 2: That effective October 1, 1982, there shall be
issued a maximum of two hundred (200) annual
perm its to non-residents at the regular tourist
rate, as follows:
Single $ 640.00
Husband & Wife 900.00
Par 3 only (Single) 300.00
Allocation of the aforesaid pem its shall be accomplished through
Administrative Order.
SECTION 3: That effective October 1, 1982, there shall be
issued Hotel Permits to allow one foursome to
play per day (greens fees only) at an annual
rate of $1,200 per permit.
SECTION 4: That effective October 1, 1984, and in addition to
permit fees as enumerated in Sections 1, 2 and 3,
there shall be a $1.00 fee per round of golf which
shall be charged to permit holders for each and every
round of golf played.
Section 5: That Resolution No. 82-17113 be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
