A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SOVEREIGNTY
SUBMERGED LAND LEASE BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND OF THE
STATE OF FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the
Sovereignty Submerged Land Lease by and between the City of
Miami Beach, Florida and The Board of Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
the Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Sovereignty Submerged Land Lease by
and between the City of Miami Beach, Florida and the Board of
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of
Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1984.
