A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES
AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE USE OF
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH TENNIS CENTERS,
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1984
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that, effective October 1, 1984, the following schedule of fees payable for the use
of the City's tennis centers shall be as follows:
PERMANENT RESIDENT ADULTS $ 90.00
PERMANENT RESIDENT, AGE 65 AND OVER 60.00
PERMANENT RESIDENT YOUTHS (Junior) 30.00
(Under 18 years of age)
PERMANENT RESIDENT FAMILY
Husband/Wife and two (2) children
under 18 years of age 175.00
Each Additional Child Under 18 Years 25.00
COURT FEES
Resident and Non-Resident - Per person per hour
Day rate 2.00
Night rate 2.50
LOCKER FEES annually 10.00
NON-RESIDENT ANNUAL FEE
Adults 150.00
Senior Citizen (65 plus) 100.00
Juniors 50.00
Family (Husband/Wife and two (2) children
under 18 years of age) 350.00
Each additional Child 35.00
HOTEL PERMITS
Hotel permits shall be issued to allow two guests
per day, per hotel at an annual rate (daylight hours only) 200.00
Allocations of the aforesaid permits shall be accomplished through Administrative
order.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 83-17599 be and the same hereby is
rescinded.
