A RESOLUTION ABOLISHING THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON JUVENILE PROBLEMS EFFECTIVE
OCTOBER 3, 1984; RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13139,
RESOLUTION NO. 76-15058 AND 77-15513, CREATING
SUCH COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, following due consideration by the City Commission of the City,
of Miami Beach, Florida, at its meeting held on October 3, 1984, as to the
need and the effectiveness of the City of Miami Beach Advisory Committee
on Juvenile Problems, it was found and determined that the need no longer
exists for the committee as constituted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT the City of Miami Beach Advisory Committee on
Juvenile Problems as created by Resolutions Nos. 13139, 76-15058 and 77-15513,
be and the same is hereby abolished and said resolutions creating same are
hereby rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect on October 3,
1984, upon its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1984.
