A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-17752
CREATING THE MIAMI BEACH TENNIS , RACQUETBALL
AND HANDBALL COMMITTEE , BY CHANGING THE NAME
OF THE COMMITTEE TO THE MIAMI BEACH SPORTS
COMMITTEE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 17 , 1984
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that :
SECTION 1 : That Resolution No . 84-17752 adopted June 5 , 1984 ,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the name
of said committee from Miami Beach Tennis , Racquetball and Handball
Committee , to Miami Beach Sports Committee , effective October 17 ,
1984 , and amending appropriate sections of the resolution to reflect
the new name accordingly.
SECTION 2 : All other parts of said Resolution No. 84-17752 to remain
in full force and effect .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1984 .
