A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES
AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOLF COURSE
USE IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 18, 1984
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That effective October 18, 1984, the following schedule of fees payable
for the use of the City's golf courses shall be as follows:
ANNUAL PERMITS
PERMANENT RESIDENT FREEHOLDER/REGISTERED VOTER
Single $ 445.00
Husband & Wife 650.00
PERMANENT RESIDENT NON-VOTER/NON-FREEHOLDER
Single 585.00
Husband & Wife 860.00
TOURIST RESIDENT
Single 740.00
Husband & Wife 1 ,000.00
NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER
Single 445.00
Husband & Wife 650.00
JUNIOR (UNDER 18 YEARS) 150.00
INTERMEDIATE (18 THROUGH 20 YEARS) 200.00
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE ONLY
Permanent Resident, Freeholder/Registered Voter 215.00
Permanent Resident, Non-Freeholder/Non-Registered Voter 310.00
GREENS FEES
All persons, whether they be residents or not, may play on the
municipal courses in Miami Beach by paying the regular greens
fees as enumerated.
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 5.30
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10/31 3.90
NORMANDY SHORES AND BAYSHORE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 12.50
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10/31 6.75
" TWILIGHT" GREENS FEES
$3.85 during off-season, effective at 4:00 p.m.
each day, except Saturday and Sunday, available
to residents and non-residents.
Freeholder shall mean ownership, either as an
individual or as an officer of a corporation,
of real property within the City limits of
Miami Beach. A receipted property tax bill,
or deed, will be required for proof of ownership.
If property is held in the name of a corporation,
proof must be submitted that the individual making
' application is an officer in the corporation.
SECTION 2: That effective October 18, 1984, there shall be
issued a maximum of two hundred (200) annual
permits to non-residents at the regular tourist
rate, as follows:
Single $ 740.00
Husband & Wife 1 ,000.00
Par 3 only (Single) 400.00
Allocation of the aforesaid pem its shall be accomplished through
Administrative Order.
SECTION 3: That effective October 18, 1984, there shall be
issued Hotel Permits to allow one foursome to
play per day (greens fees only) at an annual
rate of $1,300 per permit.
SECTION 4: That Resolution No. 84-17854 be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1984
