A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL PASS AND
PROVIDING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
ENTRANCE TO COMMUNITY CENTER NIGHT TIME PROGRAM
RESCINDING RESOLUTION N O. 84-17853.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that effective October 18, 1984, there is hereby established an annual
pass fee of $5.00 for residents only, which shall entitle each holder of such pass entrance to
all Corn m un ity Center night-time programs during the 1984-85 Budget period in which such
pass is valid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in lieu of payment of said annual pass fee,
there is hereby established an alternative fee schedule which shall consist of a $0.50 charge
per entrant for each program attended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that RESOLUTION N O. 84-17853 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1984.
