A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF A TRUST
ACCOUNT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESCROW AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND MARQUETTE
LEASE SERVICES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That a trust account be opened with Flagship National
Bank of Miami entitled, "City of Miami Beach Escrow
Account on Account of Marquette Lease Services, Inc."
This account will be the depository for all funds
received from Marquette Lease Services, Inc. , under
the Lease Purchase Agreement for acquisition of
parking meters for the Metered Parking Division.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of November , 1984.
