A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL
SCREENING OF POLICE, FIRE AND OTHER CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AND PR/PAM, A JOINT VENTURE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the Agreement
for Professional Services for Psychological Screening of Police,
Fire and Other City of Miami Beach Employees between the City of
Miami Beach and PR/PAM, a joint venture consisting of Dr. Leonard
Haber d/b/a Psychological Associates of Miami and Psychological
Resources of Atlanta, Inc. , which Agreement has been drawn up in
accordance with the award of Bid No. 20-84 pursuant to Commission
Memorandum No. 470-84 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
the Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Agreement for Professional Services for
Psychological Screening of Police, Fire and other City of Miami
Beach Employees between the City of Miami Beach and PR/PAM.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of November ,
1984 .
