A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING MIAMI
BEACH MARINE AUTHORITY'S RECOMMENDATION TO
APPROVE AN EXTENSION INTO THE WATERWAY AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 387 NORTH HIBISCUS DRIVE,
HIBISCUS ISLAND, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, the Marine Authority of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida unanimously approved an extension of 10 feet beyond
the Code requirement of 40 feet for the mooring of boats into the
waterway at the property located at 387 North Hibiscus Drive,
Hibiscus Island, Miami Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Marine Authority of the City of Miami Beach
believes that allowing said extension into the waterway would not
be detrimental to the surrounding areas; and
" WHEREAS, the Marine Authority of the City of Miami Beach
feel wholeheartedly feels this extension into the waterway should
also be approved by the City Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA THAT the City
Commission adopt the Miami Beach Marine Authority' s recommendation
and grant an extension of 10 feet beyond the Code requirement of
40 feet for the mooring of boats into the waterway at the property
located at 387 North Hibiscus Drive, Hibiscus Island, Miami Beach,
Florida 33139 .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of November ,l984 .
