A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH SUNBOW REALTY CORPORATION FOR
STABLE FACILITIES FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
MOUNTED PATROL UNIT.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Police Department was
in need of stable and pasture facilities for the horses belonging
to its Mounted Patrol Unit; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement for said facilities was
prepared for execution between the City of Miami Beach and Sunbow
Realty Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the lease
agreement and approved it as to form, and the City Manager has
recommended its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the lease
agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Sunbow Realty
Corporation.
