A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND POST, BUCKLEY, SCHUH &
JERNIGAN, INC. FOR ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City has need of services of the Consultant
to design certain Roadway Improvements as outlined on Attachment B
to the Agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Post,
Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has approved the Agreement as
to form and the City Manager has recommended its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized to execute the Agreement between the
City of Miami Beach and Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc. for
the Roadway Improvement Project.
