A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SECOND
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH FREILICH, LEITNER
AND CARLISLE, P.C.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach entered into an
Agreement with Frelich, Leitner and Carlisle, P.C. on January 19,
1983 , as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes the valuable
services being provided by the Consultant and the need to enlarge
the terms of the original Agreement between the parties to provide
continuing legal planning services through the scope of services
complete date of July, 1985 for the South Pointe Redevelopment
Program; and
WHEREAS, the Second Amendment to Agreement dated January
19 , 1983 has been approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
the City Manager has recommended its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Second
Amendment to Agreement of January 19 , 1983 between the City and
Freilich, Leitner and Carlisle, P.C.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December ,
