A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
TERMINATING THE AMENDED DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR
THE SOUTH SHORE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN GRANTED BY
RESOLUTIONS 78-15705 AND 79-15828 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
desires to consider the Termination of the Amended Development
Order for the South Shore Redevelopment Plan granted by
Resolutions 78-15705 and 79-15828.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a Public
Hearing for consideration of the aforementioned is hereby called
to be held before the City Commission in its chambers on the Third
Floor of City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach,
Florida beginning at 2:30 p.m. on the 6th day of
March , 1985, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to publish appropriate Public Notice of said Public
Hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami
Beach, at which time and place all interested parties will be
heard. Said Public Notice shall also be mailed to the State of
Florida Department of Community Affairs, the South Florida
Regional Planning Council, Dade County and to adjacent counties.
