A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach desires to enter into
an agreement with Dade County for the purposes of coordinating law
enforcement planning, operations and mutual aid between the City
and Dade County; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has approved the Agreement as
to form and the City Manager has recommended its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized to execute the Mutual Aid Agreement
between the City of Miami Beach and Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1985.
