A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF TIE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE `PLOY-
z`'ENT OF HAROLD ROSEN, A TORNEY-AT-LAW, AS
ATTORNEY FOR THE PERSONNEL BOARD OF THE CITY
OF MIA I BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, The City Com ii s s ion of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
heretofore found and determined that it is in the best interest of the
City to employ special counsel to confer with and advise the Personnel Board
of said City and to attend the meetings of said Personnel Board as well as all
hearings on appeals from disciplinary action in order that the Personnel
Board may at all times have available the advice of said special counsel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF I`11AMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that HAROLD ROSEN, attorney-at-law, be and he is hereby
employed as Special Counsel for the Personnel Board of said City, with the
duties hereinbefore set forth, at a compensation hereby fixed at $9,600.00,
payable in equal biweekly amounts of $367.82, said employment to core hence
immediately and to be subject to termination at the will of either party.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1985.
