A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR FIRE RESCUE TRANSPORT, INCLUDING BASIC
LIFE SUPPORT AND ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT.
WHEREAS , it is necessary to establish uniform Fire
Rescue Transport fees for Basic Life Support and Advanced Life
Support; and
WHEREAS, the fees for said services shall be as follows:
Basic Life Support $ 75 . 00
Advanced Life Support $ 75.00 ; and
WHEREAS, no individual shall be deprived of Fire Rescue
Transport services due to the inability to pay for said services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the foregoing
fees shall be instituted for the purposes of establishing a
uniform fee schedule for Fire Rescue Transport services, said
services not to be withheld due to an individual' s inability to
pay.
