RESOLUTION NO. 85-18001
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1984 AND ENDING
ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach received a further payment of $78,000,
resulting from a court settlement over the rent control dispute; and
WHEREAS, these funds have been deposited into the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach desires to use these funds for the direct
benefit of residents of Miami Beach;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida has ascertained that the following adjustments to the revenue projects for
Fiscal Year 1984-85 are adopted thereby amending the budget to $65,288,876.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the following adjustments to the expenditures for Fiscal
Year 1984-85 are adopted, thereby amending the budget to $65,288,876.
