A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-14487 ,
as amended, CREATING THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
COMMISSION ON THE STATUS OF WOMEN, TO PROVIDE THAT
MEMBERS SHALL BE PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF MIAMI BEACH OR
HAVE THEIR PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN MIAMI BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That that portion of Paragraph (1) of Resolution No. 74-14487 , reading as follows:
. . . ."Members of the Commission shall be permanent residents of Miami Beach".
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Members of the Commission shall be permanent residents of Miami Beach or
have their principal place of business in the city of Miami Beach."
