A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND SPOLTER, FRECHTEL
ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CLERK
OF THE WORKS AND THRESHOLD BUILDING INSPECTOR
FOR THE MIAMI BEACH POLICE AND COURT FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
directed that a contract be negotiated between the City of Miami
Beach and Spolter , Frechtel Associates, Inc. for professional
services for Clerk of the Works and Threshold Building Inspector
for the City of Miami Beach Police and Court Facility, pursuant to
Bid Award No. 77-84/85 ; and
WHEREAS, a contract has been negotiated and prepared,
the City Attorney has approved it as to form, and the City Manager
has recommended its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized to execute the Contract between the
City of Miami Beach and Spolter , Frechtel Associates for
professional services for Clerk of the Works and Threshold
Building Inspector for the Miami Beach Police and Court Facility
pursuant to Bid Award No. 77-84/85.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1985.
