A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMiVIISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, WAIVING THE
GREENS FEES FOR THE DADS COUNTY CHIEFS OF
POLICE ASSOCIATION ON MAY 21, 1985 AT BAYSHORE
GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, for the reasons more particularly set forth in the attached Commission
Memorandum, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach finds it in the best interest of
the City to waive the greens fees for the Dade County Chiefs of Police Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COiVIMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the greens fees for the Dade County Chiefs of Police
Association be waived.

Attached hereto is a memorandum from Chief of Police Ken Glassman requesting the waiving
of greens fees for approximately twenty-four (24) members of the Dade County Chiefs of
Police Association, on May 21, 1985, at Bayshore Golf Course.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
This would provide positive good will with the Police Chiefs of Dade County. Recommend
approval.

SUBJECT: WAIVER OF GREE ES AT BAYSHORE COUNTRY CLUB
The City of Miami Beach annually hosts the Dade County Chiefs
of Police Association during the month of May.
It is requested that the City waive the cost of green fees to
approximately 24 members of the Association for May 21, 1985.
I request that you prepare the proper Commission Memorandum
for submission to the City Manager's office.
