CENTERPLATE MANAGEMENT CHANGE
Date: July 14, 2003
Michael King, the General Manager of Centerplate, will be leaving to pursue other business
interests. The new General Manager is Colin Bastein, who was previously the Retail
Manager at Centerplate before moving to Indianapolis as the Assistant General Manager
with the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome.
Both Mr. King and Mr. Bastein have been working together over the past few weeks. Mr
King will be available until July 25th for any questions or concerns.

I will be leaving Centerplate to pUrsue entrepreneUrial business interests. I have enjoyed
my tenure as General Manager with Centerplate and will take with me priceless
relationships and experience that will guide me in my future endeavors.
The incoming General Manager is Colin Bastien; who previously held the Retail
Manager position here before moving to Indianapolis as the Assistant General Manager
with the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome, home of the Indianapolis Colts.
Together we will transition responsibilities over the next foUr weeks. I am available until
July 25th should you have any questions or concerns.
