A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING THE DEBT SERVICE
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER,
1984 AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach sold the South Pointe Infrastructure Bond Issue
for $9.8 million at the April 17, 1985 meeting; and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that the first interest payment amounts to $356,400 due on
September 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has anticipated this interest payment and
maintained funds in the Debt Service Fund Balance for such;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida has
ascertained that the following adjustments to the revenue projections for Fiscal Year 1984-85
are adopted thereby amending the Debt Service Budget to $11,829,038.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that thje following adjustments to the expenditures for Fiscal Year 1984-85
are adopted, thereby amending the Debt Service Budget to $11,829,038.
