On Friday, July 25, 2003, City staff will meet on Espanola Way with the merchants,
residents and Property Owners to discuss the logistics and implementation of directives
received at the May 21, 2003 City Commission meeting. The parties will meet at the
intersection of Drexel and Espanola Way at 5:00 p.m. The logistical issues include, but are
not limited to, issues ranging from parking enforcement, no parking on the plaza,
residential parking on the 500 block, proposed weeknight closures of the 400 block,
weekend closures of the cul-de-sac in connection with the market operations and
accordingly the relocation of the valet operations, loading zones, signage and enforcement
action, status of landscaping improvements, etc.
