A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, WAIVING THE
GREENS FEES FOR ALL FATHERS WHO PLAY GOLF
WITH THEIR CHILDREN ON JUNE 16, 1985, AT THE
CITY'S THREE GOLF COURSES.
WHEREAS, for the reasons more particularly set forth in Commission Memorandum
No. 351-85, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach finds it in the best interest of
the City to waive the greens fees for all fathers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the greens fees be waived for all fathers who play golf
with their children on June 16, 1985, at the Par 3, Bayshore and Normandy Shores Golf
Courses.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of June , 1985.

Waiver of Greens Fees for Fathers on Father's Day, June 16, 1985
The Parks and Recreation Department is requesting the waiving of greens fees for all fathers
who are playing golf with their children on Father's Day, June 15, 1985, at all three golf
courses.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
This would provide positive good will and give young people an opportunity to play golf on
Miami Beach's Golf Courses. Recommend approval.
