RESOLUTION NO. 85-18110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND POST, BUCKLEY,
SCHUH & JERNIGAN, INC. FOR A WATER AND SEWER
RATE STUDY.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
on June 5, 1985 pursuant to Commission Memorandum No. 346-85 ,
authorized the administration to negotiate with the first-ranked
firms for professional services for cost-of-service study for rate
development and analysis of the water and sewer enterprise fund;
and
WHEREAS, Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc. was the
first-ranked firm pursuant to Request for Proposals No. 184-84/85 ;
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate agreement has been negotiated,
the City Manager has recommended its execution and the City
Attorney has approied it as 'to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION- OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute. the Agreement between the City of
Miami Beach and Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc. for a water
and sewer rate study.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1985.
