A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LETTER
OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
TOUCHE ROSS & COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach and Touche Ross &
Company have negotiated an agreement for consulting services for
the automation of purchasing and material management functions
city-wide; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Agreement has been drafted setting
forth the consulting services to be performed by Touche Ross &
Company, the City Manager has recommended the execution of the
Letter of Agreement, and the City Attorney has approved it as to
form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the City Commission authorizes the
Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a Letter of Agreement by and
between the City of Miami Beach and Touche Ross & Company for
consulting services for automation of purchasing and material
management functions city-wide.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2601 day of June, 1985.
