A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 84-17928 FOR THE RENTAL
REHABILITATION PROGRAM FUND, TO ALLOW FOR
APPROPRIATION OF THE FUNDS FOR PROJECTS.
Be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
WHEREAS, on November 21, 1984, the City Commission approved the
establishment and maintenance of a Rental Rehabilitation Program Fund; and
WHEREAS, a separate checking account was also established for
purposes of receiving deposits of program funds; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize that funds may be
appropriated to projects approved by the Loan Review Committee; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Rental Rehabilitation Program
Funds may be appropriated, as necessary to projects. Further that Resolution
No. 84-17928 be amended to provide for the appropriation of the funds.
