A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN HOTELERAMA
ASSOCIATES, LTD. , OWNER OF THE FONTAINEBLEAU
HILTON HOTEL, AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
REGARDING THE USE OF AN ADDITIONAL PARKING LOT
FOR THE HOTEL.
WHEREAS, Hotelerama Associates, Ltd. , the owner of the
Fontainebleau Hilton Hotel, applied to the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for a variance to the off-street parking requirement;
and
WHEREAS, the variance request was granted with the
condition that an agreement regarding the use of an additional
parking area be entered into with the City; and
WHEREAS, the agreement attached hereto has been prepared
and must be executed before building permits can be issued,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor is authorized to execute
the Agreement between Hotelerama Associates, Ltd. , Owner of the
Fontainebleau Hilton Hotel, and the City of Miami Beach regarding
the use of an additional parking lot for the hotel.
