RESOLUTION 85-18133 RESOLUTION NO. 85-18133 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AND ACCEPTING TWO DEEDS OF PROPERTY (AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY WITHIN CITY OF MIAMI BEACH RESOLUTION NO. 84-17881 PERTAINING TO A 50 FOOT DEDICATION TO ACCOMMODATE FUTURE BAYWALK BETWEEN THE MARINA AND SOUTH POINTE PARK AND A 40 FOOT DEDICATION TO INCREASE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WASHINGTON AVENUE FROM 60 FEET TO 100 FEET) AND ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE PORTIONS OF INLET BOULEVARD AND COLLINS AVENUE AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 84-17881 ARE NOW FULLY VACATED. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; WHEREAS, in City of Miami Beach Resolution No. 84-17881, the City closed and vacated the following described real property lying within the corporate limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida: Inlet Boulevard 30 foot right-of-way as shown in the South Beach Park Subdivision all south of Biscayne Street and recorded in Plat Book 6 , Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and Collins Avenue south of Biscayne Street an 80 foot right-of-way as shown in South Beach Park Subdivision all south of Biscayne Street and recorded in Plat Book 6 , Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and WHEREAS , the City resolved in Resolution No. 84-17881 that the above-described property be closed and vacated and that public utilities be relocated in consideration of the transfer by dedication to the City of certain property in Block 8; and -1- OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY-1700 CONVENTION CENTER DRIVE-MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA 33139 WHEREAS, the City hereby acknowledges receipt of and accepts the two deeds from the developer of the certain property in Block 8; to wit; a 50 foot dedication and a 40 foot dedication; and WHEREAS, the aforedescribed property is completely vacated in compliance with the conditions set forth in City of Miami Beach Resolution No. 84-17881. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City hereby acknowledges receipt of and accepts the deeds for the 40 foot dedication and the 50 foot dedication in Block 8 and accordingly acknowledges that the following property is vacated without any further obligations from the developer : Inlet Boulevard 30 foot right-of-way as shown in the South Beach Park Subdivision all south of Biscayne Street and recorded in Plat Book 6 , Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and Collins Avenue south of Biscayne Street an 80 foot right-of-way as shown in South Beach Park Subdivision all south of Biscayne Street and recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
