A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, COMPLYING WITH PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES RELATION COMMISSION ORDER NO.
85M-013 TO INCLUDE THE CLASSIFICATION OF
CODE ENFORCEMENT SPECIALIST IN THE MIAMI
BEACH EMPLOYEES BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION
BARGAINING UNIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, the Public Employees Relations Commission issued
Order No. 85M-013 amending certification number 388 to include the classification
of Code Enforcement Specialist in the Miami Beach Employees Benevolent
Association bargaining unit; and
WHEREAS, the Public Employees Relations Commission is
empowered by State Law to issue this order, and such order must mandatorily be
complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the classification of Code
Enforcement Specialist be included in the Miami Beach Employees Association
bargaining unit as set forth in Appendix A, Section 2, of the contract with the
Miami Beach Employees Benevolent Association dated March 16, 1983.
