A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH 1235 CLUB, INC. , A
FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR CERTAIN PARKING
SPACES BETWEEN 8 : 00 P.M. AND 5: 00 A.M. FOR
1235 CLUB, INC. , VALET PARKING SERVICES .
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
seeks to enter into the Lease Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" , incorporated herein by reference , for the purposes therein
expressed; and
WHEREAS, the Administration recommends such action;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE MAYOR be and the
same is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, the
Lease Agreement with 1235 Club, Inc. , attached hereto as Exhibit
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of
September 1985 .
