OF "CITY OF MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER TRUST
ACCOUNT" WITH PAN AMERICAN BANK, N.A. FOR THE
CONVENTION CENTER: REPEALING RESOLUTION NOS.
81-16696, 76-14917 AND 84-17704
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
THAT EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2, 1985
SECTION I. All withdrawals of funds from the City of Miami Beach bank
account in the Pan American Bank of Miami Beach, de-
signated "City of Miami Beach Convention Center Trust
Account" shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks,
designated "City of Mia , . Beach Convention Center Trust

SECTION II. That Resolutions 81-16696, 76-14917 and 84-17704 be and the
same are hereby repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be furnished to
the Pan American Bank, N.A.
