A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMPAISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE RECOfiAMENDATION
OF THE PLANNING BOARD TO ADOPT THE PROPOSED MIAMI
BEACH 1985/86 - 1989/90 CAPITAL IMPROVEAAEIVTS PROGRAM
(CIP) INCLUDING THE 1985/86 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
BUDGET; THE SAME BEING A FIVE YEAR COORDIiVATED PLAN
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND CAPITAL EXPENDITURES OF
THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COl1AMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board held a public hearing on October 4, 1985, for
consideration of the 1985/86 - 1989/90 Capital Improvements Program (CIP); and
WHEREAS, at the conclusion of said public hearing, the Planning Board
recommended that the City Commission adopt said Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach concurs with the
Planning Board recommendation and wishes to adopt the 1985/86 - 1989/90 Capital
Improvements Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COdVIMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the 1985/86 - 1989/90 Capital
Improvements Program is hereby adopted to be amended as necessary.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16 day of October 1985.
