A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA REQUESTING TAX
EXEMPTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1327-29
COLLINS AVENUE, MIAMI BEACH, ACQUIRED THROUGH
PURCHASE BY THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
FOR PUBLIC USE.
WHEREAS, on September 17, 1985 , the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, acquired for public use the following described property:
Lot 12, Block 18 , OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 2,
as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 56 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, herewith formally requests exemption from
taxes as of date of acquisition of the property herein set forth,
pursuant to Florida Statutes, §196. 28.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
resolution be transmitted to the Metropolitan Dade County
Commission, its County Manager , its Tax Assessor and its Tax
Collector .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of November , 1985.
