A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA AND RELIABLE, INC.
WHEREAS, a Lease Agreement on four vacant lots was
entered into on April 20 , 1983 between the City of Miami Beach and
Reliable, Inc. for a one year period, and
WHEREAS , the Lease Agreement was extended for two
additional one-year periods with a present ending date of
April 30 , 1986 with an option to renew for one additional year ;
and
WHEREAS, Harry and Norma Holtzman have sold all their
stock in Reliable, Inc. to Unilease of Florida, Inc. and wish to
assume Reliable ' s interest in the Lease Agreement; and
WHEREAS , Harry and Norma Holtzman will agree to accept
the assignment and to be bound by all the terms and conditions of
the Lease and Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor is authorized
to execute the Consent to Assignment of Lease Agreement between
the City of Miami Beach, Florida and Reliable, Inc.
