RESOLUTION 85-18294 RESOLUTION NO. 85-18294 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING BOARD TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1891, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, PERTAINING TO (1) THE CREATION OF A C-PS4 COMMERCIAL INTENSIVE PHASED BAYSIDE MIXED USE DISTRICT;(2) EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND (MAP AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED) FROM THE MUNICIPAL USE (MU) DISTRICT AND INCLUDING SAME IN THE C-PS4 COMMERCIAL INTENSIVE PHASED BAYSIDE MIXED USE DISTRICT (UPLAND MARINA PROPERTY); (3) MUNICIPAL USE DISTRICT REGULATIONS; (4) DESIGN REVIEW BOARD REGULATIONS, AND (5) TRANSFER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS REGULATIONS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT, WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Miami Beach held a public hearing on November 7,1985, and approved several amendments in the City Zoning Ordinance creating a C-PS4 Commercial Itensive Phased Bayside Mixed Use District; recommended a change of zoning so as to exclude a certain parcel of land from the MU Municipal Use District and to indicate inclusion of the same parcel in the C-PS4 Commercial Intensive Phased Mixed Use District; amending the Municipal Use District, Design Review Board Regulations, and Transfer of Development Rights Regulations; WHEREAS, said action of the Planning Board has been duly transmitted to the City Commission pursuant to Section 17. Changes and Amendments of Zoning Ordinance No. 1891. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing for consideration of the aforementioned proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is hereby called to be held before the City Commission in its chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at 3:00 P.M. on the 8th day of January 1986, and The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish appropriate Public Notice of said Public Hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested parties will be heard.
