SUBJECT: Rue Vendome Activations — PRISM CREATIVE GROUP
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC") is to inform the Mayor and City
Commission that the Administration and Prism Creative Group will launch the third
program at Rue Vendome - Rhythm and Flow, on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 9AM-
1PM.
Prism Creative Group considers themselves "Community Builders", with a focus on re-
branding spaces within Miami Beach by connecting small business growth, existing
infrastructure, and public spaces with new and fresh programming, by making culture
accessible to residents and neighborhoods. They fill creative voids through experiences
and events, and stitch together the story of a city that is transforming before our very eyes.
The process between Tourism and Culture and Prism Creative Group is simple — hone in
on the concept, give it legs with compelling content, elevate it with buzz worthy, integrated
marketing, and bring it to life.

Motown Brunch Featuring Yoli Mayor
Prism has launched two successful events at Rue Vendome, including Motown Brunch
featuring Yoli Mayor on Sunday, April 28, 2019 and Milonga at the Fountain featuring True
Tango on Thursday, May 23, 2019. We invite you to have a look at the video reap of

Milonga at the Fountain
On Saturday, June 8, 2019, leave your comfort zone and join us at Normandy Fountain
and give your body some love with this new wellness series in North Beach: Rhythm &
Flow. Partnering with lululemon Miami, this new wellness series kicks off with an
energizing bootcamp by B-Fit followed by a transforming yogic practice led by Nobe Yoga
and DJ Clau. After, ease into local eats with vendors like Taquiza and revitalizing artisan
goods from Curandera Remedies and Alma Aromatherapy.
Additional upcoming programming at Rue Vendome will include:
Timeless Soul- September 5, 2019 A night of live performances, acoustic music, and a
brilliant al fresco selection of local treats and eats.
Marketing and Communication efforts surrounding all events include a press release,
inclusion on the culture calendars, social and digital ads, and being featured in our weekly
e-blast. Prism Creative Group will also be promoting through their marketing and
communications channels. Please find below, the official flyer for the third Rue Vendome
event.
Prism will activate additional programming in Lummus Park, starting in September 2019.
A separate notification will go out regarding that programming.
