RESOLUTION NO. 87-18787
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO RENEW THE EXISTING
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 28,
1985, BETWEEN THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FOR THE
PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 1, 1987, TO JANUARY 31, 1988.
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency is desirous of continuing
the management service relationship between the City of Miami Beach and Redevelopment
Agency; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to
renew the existing Management Agreement between the City of Miami Beach and
Redevelopment Agency providing services to the Agency, with the provision of crediting of
reimbursement for overhead expenses of managerial and administrative services provided by
City personnel to the Agency.
