A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AMENDMENT WITH INSTITUTE IN BASIC YOUTH
CONFLICTS, INC . FOR THE USE OF THE WRAPAROUND
ROOM IN THE SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH
CONVENTION CENTER MARCH 23-28 , 1987 .
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
INSTITUTE IN BASIC YOUTH CONFLICTS, INC.
desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit :
WRAPAROUND ROOMS IN THE SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION
CENTER
on
MARCH 23-28, 1987
for the event known as
EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease amendment has been
prepared by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease
amendment and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said lease amendment .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described lease amendment on behalf of the City , and that t h e
Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City .
