A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO RENUMBER SECTIONS OF THE CITY
CHARTER AS NECESSARY IN LIGHT OF AMENDMENTS
THERETO.
WHEREAS , the Miami Beach City Charter is numbered
consecutively from section 1 through and including section 52; and
WHEREAS , various amendments to said City Charter have
been, and will be made for purposes of bringing the Charter up to
current law; and
WHEREAS, in light of these amendments, it is necessary
to authorize the City Clerk to renumber appropriate sections of
the Charter , as may be necessary in accordance with amendments
made thereto.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it hereby
authorizes the City Clerk to renumber sections of the City Charter
as necessary in light of amendments thereto.
